Bonpaddle numbers hit record, but there’s still a lot of water in the sea – ABC News

More than 10,000 bonpaddles are swimming the waters of the Coral Sea and in the far north Queensland, with a total of 2,800 living on the island of Wudun.
But, just two years ago, the numbers were far lower than they are today.
